The Challenge
I'm starting up the blog again after two years... I just read The Challenge, by Devin Mahony. This is a book about rowing from the cox's point of view. Devin Mahony was the first woman cox for the Harvard Varsity Crew. An fast, fun read.

I am not sure if you have come across this book, but there is a novel by Pam Jenoff called Almost Home and it has a lot of rowing in it as well. It was also a wonderful read.

I just figured out my passwords sorry for the delay in replying. No I had not heard of that book, thanks for the recomendation. I have orded it thru Interlibrary loan since my library system didn't own a copy. Looking forward to reading it!
